I was listening to a series on lucid dreaming and they talked about doing reality testing... like opening and closing your hand quickly turning it over and back. That in reality you could expetience it, but that in a dream state the rapid hand movements would glitch and not represent accurately. That way you coukd tell if you were in a dream or not... i thought that was pretty interesting. What reality checks do you know ?
