Do You Reset Throughout The Day?
I need a reset almost daily and most days I need two. The first is when I wake up and the second is at some point after lunch.
The first reset is at the gym. It just puts me in a good headspace, knocks the cobwebs out, and gets ideas flowing.
The second reset is taking my dog for a walk. It's stress relief, calming, and reenergizing. She'll be 13 in April, and I've lost count of how many walks she’s been on with me, at least a couple thousand.
I've never been great at using writing as a reset, I think because for so long it's been a part of my work but I'm curious for more ways…
What works for you? I'd love to hear.
