Most of the time the owner knows exactly whats holding them back but they don't know how to solve it or fix the issue. What do you think your biggest bottleneck is? Share it in the comments!
What's your CAC? What's your LTGP per customer? How long does it take you to break even on your customer acquisition cost? These are things you NEED to have in your face if you are trying to scale any business. I just made tool that helps you figure them out by just talking to it for a couple minutes It'll help you see metrics that you aren't tracking or haven't used to make crucial decisions in a long time! I was looking through some of the posts in Crucible Money Models and something caught my attention. The idea that you can map out a Money Model in about 15 minutes. At first I thought no way .But then it actually made me think about how many people build businesses without a clear structure. Like they have: • one random offer • maybe a course idea • maybe some coaching But nothing really connected together. The whole “money model” idea seems to be more about building multiple offers that work together, instead of relying on just one thing. Still learning about it myself, but it made me curious. For the people here who already built their Money Model: What was the hardest part for you? • Coming up with the offers • Pricing them • Or actually launching them Would be cool to hear how others approached it.
