Hi, I’m ShaCha, and I created the CrossOver Collective because I believe we need spaces for real conversations about identity, culture, race, faith, community, justice, and what it means to live in a world where we don’t all see things the same way.
The state of the world can feel overwhelming and divided. Too often, our differences create distance instead of connection. But I believe we don’t have to stay there.
This is a space to Learn, Engage, Grow, and Act together. We explore these conversations through a biblical lens, while welcoming people from all backgrounds and beliefs.
Through cohorts, weekly engagement, live events, courses, curated resources, and meaningful connections, we’ll learn to ask better questions, listen to different perspectives, navigate differences, and build relationships across boundaries.
You don’t have to have all the answers. Just come willing to learn, grow, and engage.
Let’s cross over the lines that divide us and become the bridge builders our world needs.
