Compensation
• $30k-40K/year base depending on experience

We’re not a small operation.
• 13,000+ members in our Skool community (built in 6 months)
• 60–80 new group coaching clients/month ($2K offer)
• 20–30 funding clients/month (DWY/DIFM)
We help business owners and real estate investors access
$100K–$200K+ in 0% funding.
Now we need someone to own the client experience.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Run onboarding calls inside Skool for new clients
• Help clients build funding plans (card stacking strategy)
• Answer daily funding questions (credit profile, approvals, sequencing)
• Guide clients from “confused” → “funded”
• Keep clients engaged, moving, and getting results
• Work directly with our sales + operations team
This role is NOT:
Answering basic tickets all day
Passive “customer support”
Low-responsibility admin work

You are the bridge between the sale… and the result.
Must-Haves
• Experience with business credit card stacking
• You understand approvals, bureaus, sequencing, and profiles
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Strong communication (written + verbal)
• Organized and fast-moving
• Comfortable leading calls + guiding clients
Bonus Points
• Experience inside funding companies
• Credit repair knowledge
• Familiar with Skool, GoHighLevel, Slack
• Experience running onboarding or group coaching

• Clients stay engaged and don’t disappear
• Fewer refunds / higher satisfaction
• Clear communication + leadership inside the community
