Question About Raising Credit Limits With Wells Fargo

Hey there! I have 2 personal cards with wells fargo, one is a 4k limit, the other is a 10k limit. I've currently got high utilization (8k on the 10k card and 3k on the 4k limit card). Should I ask about raising my credit limit? If so, what's the best way to go about that? I raised the limit on the 10k, but haven't asked about the 4k. I also have a 10k personal loan with wells fargo, that has 2.5k left to be paid off. Thanks.
