It’s a no go?
Anyway to fund business acquisitions
Far from a no go. The standard play is mixing an SBA 7(a) loan with seller financing for the purchase price, then stacking business credit lines to cover your day one operating capital.
Picture finding the perfect buyout but lacking cash. SBA 7(a) loans are the standard path, usually requiring 10% down. You can often negotiate seller financing to cover a chunk of that.
Loan Officer
I am new to the group. I work with over 150 different lenders from Hard Money, Conventional/FHA, DSCR, Fix and Flip, MF, Mixed Use and Commercial. Right now I have a special HELOC product. Line size from 5k-1M. You can clear a 1st, 2nd and 3rd lien all in one shot. You can also buy the rate down to 5.99%. You can use your equity of your property (1-4 Units) it can be a primary, secondary and investment. You must be above a 620 fico. You can reach out to me anytime.
Good to have more lender options in the mix. For that investment property HELOC, what max CLTV are you guys allowing at the 620 FICO tier?
Business Address
What is everyone doing for a business address for their LLC?
Lenders often auto-deny funding if they catch a standard PO Box or cheap virtual address. To pass underwriting and stack capital later, use a premium virtual office like Regus.
Hey !!
Hey everyone 👋🏽 New to the group. Excited to be here!!
Glad you made it in. What is the main credit or funding goal you are trying to knock out right now?
Writing out that first target list changes everything. I remember staring at my own bank list on a messy whiteboard, and suddenly the funding felt like an actual project instead of a daydream. What bank is sitting at the number one spot right now?
