💻 What You'll Actually Do

Simply put: Finding borrowers, solving their problems, funding their deals.

Run our marketing systems alongside the team, which includes but isn't limited to posting on social media, outbound calling borrowers, attending local networking events, and following up within our CRM and more.
You'll own your pipeline from first conversation to funded deal.
Structuring loan scenarios across all programs (we will train on this) and guiding deals through underwriting to close.
You'll work directly with real estate investors, flippers, landlords, and developers who need capital for their deals. Every borrower has a different deal, a different timeline, and a different problem to solve. You'll be consulting, not order taking.
Providing solutions and collaborating with the team on improvements, technology, and more.

Mortgage origination (conventional, commercial, or hard money)
Private lending or bridge lending
Real estate investing
Real estate wholesaling
Real estate agent
Commercial real estate brokerage
Financial advising or capital markets
Insurance sales
Property management/sales/leasing
Title or Escrow Sales
B2B sales with complex deal cycles
Door to door sales

You're someone who has closed deals before, not just processed them.

You understand urgency. You pick up the phone. You follow up relentlessly because you know that's where the money is.

🤑 Compensation

This is a 1099 commission based role.

Your income is directly tied to your production. A strong performer closing consistently should expect $200K+ in their first full year with the target of earning $500K–$700K+ thereafter.
