Content gear and editing
Lads I promise you everything abu zuz is saying about content gear and creation along with edits are all true, and what I’ve learnt there are two components first is the camera you’re using and it’s capabilities and the picture profile you’re taking photos/videos in, both correlate as the edits need a specific pic profile (log profile) for you to be able to edit your color grades and make the finished product come out spanking, otherwise it’ll be all blown out and impossible to work with, even though I’ve got a standard vlogging camera (mirrorless) that doesn’t shoot log footage, I’ve managed to manipulate the settings to get close to log ( essentially making the detail or pic/video more flat and desaturated) and managed to get close enough with the edits that he made a video on, i would definitely invest in the lumix camera and invest in lenses to bring the shots more cinematic, here is a example of before and after using my shit camera and manipulating the settings to shoot log and then the after product with the edits, if anyone has any questions or advice like and ask away and I will like your comment also, with the advice you need, let’s help each other out
