Here's what I shared tonight โ the three ways the most influential people in business operate:
1. They teach people how to think. Not what to think. How to think. They give you a new lens, a new framework, a new belief. You walk away seeing the world differently.
2. They challenge or inspire people to step up. They don't just share information and walk away. They push you toward a better version of yourself โ sometimes gently, sometimes directly. But they move you.
3. They role model the way. They don't say do as I say, not as I do. They live it. And when you see someone actually walking what they preach โ something shifts in you.
Here's the thing that hit different tonight:
Every single person on that call has already been influential in someone's life. A sister who almost didn't graduate. A friend going through heartbreak. A son watching his dad build something real.
You've already done it.
The question is โ are you doing it intentionally?
This week, I'm challenging every one of you to pick ONE of those three pillars and use it in a real conversation. A client call. A sales conversation. A talk with your family.
Teach someone how to think about something differently. Challenge someone to do the thing they've been avoiding. Or just show up and follow through โ and let them see it.
That's influence. And it's already inside you.
