Pink and Orange Sunset
I'm delighted to share that I received A SPECIAL FEATURED ARTIST of DISTINCTION AWARD and several smaller features for my piece, 'Pink and Orange Sunset' on Fine Art America. It's a nice honor to be recognized for artwork that captures a sense of hope, healing, optimism and serenity.
This hand-painted digital piece was created using Adobe Photoshop and features an oversized whimsical moon set in a gently swirling pink and orange sky at dusk. Hovering above a quiet, serene landscape of silhouetted trees and a church glowing with warm light, it symbolizes spiritual enlightenment, renewal, and rebirth. The moon reflects the light of the sun, much like humanity is thought to reflect the Glory of God, illuminating the night by providing a beacon of Light in darkness and protection in times of uncertainty.
