I see this all the time.
People who are capable, driven, and used to getting things done—suddenly struggling to start, finish, or follow through the way they used to.
So they push.
And it works, for a bit.
Until it doesn’t.
Then comes the crash; the recovery, and the cycle starts again.
This isn’t a motivation problem.
It’s a capacity problem.
And capacity doesn’t rebuild through pressure. It rebuilds through small, repeatable shifts that your system can actually hold. This is something we’ll begin to explore in the Creative Reset Room on Monday.
