Start Here: How to begin inside the Creative Reset Circle
If something in your capacity has changed, you’re not alone. You’re still capable. Still driven. But focus is harder to access. Energy is less reliable. And pushing through isn’t working the way it used to. This space is designed to help you reset first, so your ability to think clearly, rebuild capacity, and return to creative flow can begin to come back online. To begin, keep it simple. Start with one small moment of awareness: Notice your energy. Your focus. Your capacity right now. No fixing. Just noticing. From there, you can explore at your own pace: Read a post. Leave a comment. Join a conversation. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to join the Creative Reset Room. This is the core space where we walk through simple resets together, so you can clear mental fog, regain focus, and feel more like yourself again. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just show up. And if you haven’t yet, introduce yourself in the Welcome post. You don’t need to do everything. You just need to begin. — Janice

Welcome to the Creative Reset Circle 🌿
If you’ve just joined, welcome. There’s a reason you’re here. You’re not where you were. You’re still capable. Still driven. But what used to feel easy doesn’t anymore. You might be noticing: - brain fog - fatigue - overwhelm - loss of creative flow Starting work feels harder. Finishing takes more effort. And pushing through isn’t working the way it used to. This space is for high-achieving creatives navigating that shift. I created this space not to push you or fix you, but to help you reset, so your ability to think clearly, rebuild capacity, and return to creative flow can begin to return. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly. Just start where you are. Introduce yourself below. If you feel up to it, you can share: - your name (and where you’re from, if you’d like) - what brought you here - what you’re most wanting to regain If you’re comfortable, post a photo. It helps make this a real, supportive space, not just names on a screen. You’re in the right place. We’ll take this one step at a time. — Janice
If your focus has been off, it’s not because you’ve lost discipline.
Most people think losing focus means they need more discipline. Push harder. Try again. Get back on track. But what if that’s not the problem? What if your focus isn’t gone, your capacity has just changed? I see this all the time. People who are capable, driven, and used to getting things done—suddenly struggling to start, finish, or follow through the way they used to. So they push. And it works, for a bit. Until it doesn’t. Then comes the crash; the recovery, and the cycle starts again. This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a capacity problem. And capacity doesn’t rebuild through pressure. It rebuilds through small, repeatable shifts that your system can actually hold. This is something we’ll begin to explore in the Creative Reset Room on Monday. No pressure to have anything figured out. Just a space to reset. — Janice Like a lighthouse in fog, when things feel off, you don’t need more force. You need something steady to orient to.

WHO THIS IS FOR (AND NOT FOR)
Who this space is for and who it’s not This space is designed to feel supportive, but also clear. Because not every approach works for every person, and that’s okay. This space IS for you if: *You’re a high-achieving creative, professional, or entrepreneur *You’re navigating Long COVID, burnout, or long-term stress *Your capacity has changed (brain fog, fatigue, overwhelm) *You want to regain calm, think clearly again, and reconnect with creativity *You’re open to doing things differently, not just pushing harder This space is NOT for you if: *You’re looking for quick fixes or high-performance hacks *You want to push through fatigue or override what your body is telling you *You’re only interested in productivity strategies without addressing your system *You’re not open to slowing down or taking small, consistent steps A different way forward: Most high-achievers try to recover by: →pushing harder → or resting randomly …and they keep crashing. That cycle is exhausting. And it’s not what we do here. Here, we work with your system. We focus on rebuilding from the inside out—so calm returns, clarity becomes possible, and creative flow can come back in a sustainable way. If that approach feels like what you’ve been needing… You’re in the right place. — Janice Stress Less. Create More. Become Whole.
