🏠 IMPORTANCE OF NETWORKING

This week I attended the #PPNWarringtonProperty Networking Event — and as always, it reminded me why showing up in person still matters.

As a property investor, consultant and educator to connect with like minded people and to be surrounded by and immersed with right expertise is vitaly important!

It is also important building great power team around us,leveraging other people's expertise, resources and time!

Also it is esential to use OPM (Other People's Money) in order to succeed, grow and scale up quickly !

That's when you surround yourself with right ✅️ people when and then the magic happens!

At events like PPN Warrington, I get to connect with:

✅ Fellow investors

✅ Solicitors ,legal professionals & Accontsnts

✅ Builders & tradespeople

✅ Mortgage brokers & finance specialists...

These aren't just contacts — they become your power team. The people who make deals happen.

For instance, the mortgage adviser/broker, Howard Bowes from Harwey Bowes Financial Services, furniture specialists and other essentials supplier which are needed for SA's and HMO's ,Peter Baker and Independent property agent from Debbie Boardman from Sovereign Properties who were key-note speakers made excellent presentations and gave very valuable and inside information in their areas during their speeches and also afterwards during the breaks.

I have bumped into some old friends, met new ones and also made great contacts - that is the essence of networking really!

During the break I also met and connected with Jonathan Guy who is Organic Search Specialist / Reputation Management,

Joe O'Connor from True Potential Wealth Management, Richard from Rent and Relax aand Sam Zabs Estates and so many others...

On the way, we have had great conversation with a good friend of mine and property dedeveloper Ammar Al Ghabra from RIBA Contracting about property in general and about Creative Property Investment techniques in particular.

We also had a chance to talk about my recent deals/leads... One is 8 bed #HMO in the heart of Leicester and the other one is about a flat in Midland .

I even had a chance to talk about briefly about my LeaseOption deal in Kingston / London during the event (during recent wins section ) - Thanks Matthew for giving me the opportunity to mention about it briefly during the meeting🙏

Last night was packed with tonnes of value, great conversations, and a few familiar faces alongside some brilliant new connections.
