ABOUT COURSE
Good morning dear Creative Property investors 👋
I hope you are all well.
We have been working hard to prepare the content and how best we can present it at background lately !
Perhaps you might have noticed that we have uploaded 2 more introductory units ,1.4 &1.5 in Classroom section.
The Unit 1.4 talks about the fundamentals of Lease Option Acquisitions and explains the benefits for both parties ,seller, buyer etc.
(We will explore further about the the benefits of Estste Agents ,Letting Agents and Sourcers and Deal Packagers too in following units !)
The Unit 1.5 is about the programme itself ...how you can follow the programme , how best you can benefit from it and start to implement what you learned...So there are some practical suggestions how you can get best out of it.
