You'll find honest conversation, prayer, and people who understand hearing God and still showing up despite the fear. We don't pretend it isn't there. We just don't let it have the final word.
Faith and psychology were never meant to be separate, both come from God. Inside: real encounters with God, connection with women who get it, Bible study, and the push to put your content out there in line with His heart and will.
We'll use graded exposure, taking the next small step while the fear is still there.
Live calls draw on my clinical training to get curious about what shows up when we get stuck, not just push through it, and build the skill of noticing your own thoughts and feelings so you can work with them instead of being run by them.
