→ something you can reach for when your brain won’t slow down
You don’t need anything fancy. Just a few small things that help you feel a little more grounded.
🌿 Step 1: Pick Your ā€œCalm Spotā€
This could be:
  • a chair
  • your bed
  • your car (honestly… this one counts šŸ™ƒ)
  • even just a corner of a room
This is where your kit ā€œlivesā€
🧺 Step 2: Add 3–5 Calm Items
Here are some ideas—choose what feels good to you:
🧠 For your mind
  • headphones + calming sounds (my go-to lately šŸŽ§)
  • a short prayer or affirmation
  • a ā€œwhen I feel overwhelmedā€¦ā€ note
āœļø For your hands
  • pen + paper
  • a simple doodle page
  • coloring sheet
šŸ’› For comfort
  • cozy blanket
  • soft sweatshirt
  • warm drink
🌿 For your senses
  • lotion or essential oil
  • candle
  • calming spray
ā±ļø Step 3: Use It for 5 Minutes
That’s it. Not an hour. Not a whole routine.
Just 5 minutes to tell your body:
you’re safe, you can slow down.
