🧠 A tiny reset for when your brain feels full.
One thing I’ve learned about overwhelm is this:
Most of us aren’t failing.
We’re just running on empty emotional capacity.
When your nervous system has been “on” all day, your brain stops feeling clear.
So here’s a 60-second reset you can try right now.
🖊️ Grab a pen and draw a simple shape on paper.
Now slowly fill it with repeating lines or patterns.
Nothing fancy.
Just let your hand move slowly.
When your hands move slowly and repetitively, your nervous system often begins to settle.
Your brain gets a small signal:
💜 It’s safe to slow down.
Sometimes calm doesn’t arrive all at once.
It begins with small moments like this.
❓Curious question:
What helps your brain soften when you’re overwhelmed?
