Curiosity > Confusion
Sometimes when I’m coaching, the words that come out of my mouth are the exact ones I need to hear, too.
When we don’t understand something, we have a choice:
- Confusion: “This doesn’t make sense. I’m stuck.”
- Curiosity: “This doesn’t make sense… yet. Let me explore.”
