When you read this word, “sexi-sensual”, what does it mean to you? If I say, “No more hiding, it’s time that we show our sexi-sensual side.” What comes up?

In an earlier post, I asked the question, “What’s the physical space where your ideas flow?” Mine are the bathroom and the plane. These are spaces where I get to pause and reflect. Ideas don’t flow all the time, but when they’re met with intention, creativity shines through.

Sometimes when I’m coaching, the words that come out of my mouth are the exact ones I need to hear, too. When we don’t understand something, we have a choice: - Confusion: “This doesn’t make sense. I’m stuck.” - Curiosity: “This doesn’t make sense… yet. Let me explore.” What will you choose?
