Friday - You're Not Alone Check-In
A low-pressure prompt or message reminding you that what you're experiencing is shared by many.
There is no expectation to participate in every post. Engage when it helps, rest when it doesn't.
This rhythm may flex as change is needed and that's okay. Crafting Calm is not about doing more. It's about doing what supports your nervous system best.
