Introductions
I’m known by many names in the outlaw grow world but my friends call me Big Ray.
I grew my first plants in 1977 and I’ve been growing ever since.
Looking back on my almost 50 years of growing and my oh my have things changed!
I bought my first grow book when I was still in High School and still remember the paranoia of being worried about getting caught with it.
It was the first of many grow books that made me the grower and breeder I would become.
It was Mel Franks and Ed Rosenthal's Marijuana Growers Guide that first educated me at a level above any of my grow friends and later down the line it was Robert Clarkes Marijuana Botany that taught me how to breed at a high level and truly begin to understand this magnificent plant.
It was the books that informed me and is the foundation of any success I might have had.
I stand here today reflecting back and know I stand on the shoulders of giants who came before me.
I’ll never be able to repay you for enriching my life!
I’m 66 now and still adjusting to being a legal home grower in Ohio. It’s SO WEIRD LOL
