Why Earning Your CDA Matters
The Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is the most widely recognized and respected early childhood certification in the United States and abroad.
For many educators, the CDA is the gateway:
• into licensed early childhood programs
• into professional credibility and advanced roles, such as Lead Teacher and Center Director
• into higher education and career mobility
