Cradlebloom CDA Foundations is a guided learning community for ECE professionals preparing for their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Here, educators develop highly sought-after skills such as DAP lesson planning, applying best practices in child guidance, working effectively with families, and translating everyday classroom moments into clear, professional, CDA-aligned skill sets.
Grounded in CDA Competency Standards and developmental science, this space supports candidates through their classes, Portfolio preparation, and Verification Visit and exam readiness. Members receive template Portfolio resources and guides, and age-specific development education for infant and toddler settings, while honoring the realities of working in early childhood education.
Cradlebloom CDA Foundations is led by Dr. Kelly Welch, CFLE, a CDA PD Specialist and developmental educator with decades of experience mentoring 40,000 early childhood educators.
