Study Tip Thursday: The 2-Minute Rule for Blood Draws
If you get stuck on a phlebotomy question about order of draw, try this.
Say the tubes out loud in order every day for one week. Not just once. Out loud, every day.
Blood culture, light blue, red, gold, light green, dark green, lavender, gray.
Your brain remembers what your mouth repeats. This is how a lot of successful CPT students pass the order of draw questions without overthinking them on test day.
