My Name: Peter Her, Founder of Courageous Calling.
My Mission: To train Christian men to move from Spectator to Steward for God's glory.
My Struggle: I understand the shame of passive leadership. Growing up, my immigrant father was absent, not because he didn't love us, but because he couldn't show what he didn't know. When I had my own kids, I realized I had to break that cycle. Love and leadership are learned, chosen, and pursued with courage.
