The 1st Approach is Often the Hardest
Doing bite-size challenges are great and they definitely move the needle. When I was first starting, I stuck to just one per day and it was definitely helpful. Though, more growth can be achieved if you go for the second or third approach per day. It not only doubles and triples how much practice you get, the second and third approaches are usually much easier.
Where we went tonight didn’t have many people, but approached almost every group there. Sometimes it was just a “hi, how are you?” still counts!
