Find Your Flow!
One of the keys to being unstoppable socially is being in your flow. How do you get there? It usually happens AFTER the first or second conversation (or exchange) with someone new. Honestly, the first or second “approach” of the day are the hardest. After that, flow and momentum starts to take over. Plow through the first couple and then: Ride that wave!

Hypnosis for Social Anxiety & Fear of Rejection
Before I got into draining social anxiety, and fear of rejection, I created my hypnosis channel for YouTube. It’s called flow hypnosis https://youtube.com/@flowhypnosis?si=AdBOns0oPLAbcnAF and I do sessions for the root causes of fear of rejection, social bravery, social anxiety, and a number of other issues. The unique thing is, I use deep, proven psychology to focus on root work rather than superficial, temporary attempts at “fixes.”

The 1st Approach is Often the Hardest
Doing bite-size challenges are great and they definitely move the needle. When I was first starting, I stuck to just one per day and it was definitely helpful. Though, more growth can be achieved if you go for the second or third approach per day. It not only doubles and triples how much practice you get, the second and third approaches are usually much easier. Where we went tonight didn’t have many people, but approached almost every group there. Sometimes it was just a “hi, how are you?” still counts!

Benefits of Being Social
After getting into this it became interesting all the characters you meet in your travels. The world really opens up. I’ve made lots of acquaintances and a few actual friends, potential mates and heard some of peoples’ cool stories. Too many times, I thought it wouldn’t be worth it to approach someone or a group and I did it anyways and I ended up really enjoying it - glad I did.
