Monica Lopez is a certified yoga teacher trained in India with international experience. Monica spends the winter months in Nosara before migrating to Pavones in the springtime for that break's prime surf season. Monica's motto "Never Ever Give Up" defines her holistic approach, combining breath and movement.
Monica teaches private yoga classes and also offers high level recovery and massage. She is frequently working magic at Casa Bonita ❤️
