Nadav Attar is a 19-year-old professional surfer living in Playa Guiones, Nosara and he is one of our favorite partners for surf instruction 🤙 Nadav competes around the world in the World Surfing League (WSL), and he is on a mission to qualify for the Championship Tour and Olympics. Last season he qualified for the WSL World Jr Championships in the North American region. This is a major accomplishment, and we are super psyched to support him! Nadav and his family own and operate Moana Surf Resort in Guiones. In his downtime from his pro surfing career Nadav and his team provide top level instruction for all levels – from beginner to advanced. Julián is a Costa Rican Yoga teacher, Animal flow L 1 instructor, massage therapist, energetic therapist and fire performer. He has been dedicated full time to yoga, alternative health and fire arts for the last 9 years in Nosara, and is known and loved for his light spirit and sense of humor. Julian is a yoga teacher all year around at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and Harmony healing Centre in Nosara. Here are some of Julián's offerings: Yoga (Community classes, privates and 1 on 1) Julián's classes are a full experience, accessible to all levels, bringing an important focus on a meditation experience, grounding breath and slow movement. He brings his vipassana meditation experience to his classes to experience equanimity through the sensations of the body. Every class is light and fun while been dynamic and full of yogi wisdom. Private classes are 75 minutes priced at $125. Animal Flow L1: Julian's latest passion. Animal flow is a quadrupedal movement training, that is part of a fitness program in its essence. Animal flow brings us to the ground to explore ways of movement through space, working with our own body weight to create resilience and connection to our physical bodies, bringing strength, mobility and focus to every class. Holistic Massage: Holistic massage is a relaxing experience in its core, combined with emotional release and energywork. It bring relaxation to both the psychical body and the nervous system, while resetting and recharging the energetically body, leaving you with a sense of lightness, wholeness, clarity and peace. This sessions are 90 minutes and pricing is $150. Shamanic energy work: This session use indigenous wisdom in combination with modern healing approaches to extract trauma imprints from our energetically body. The main goal of this sessions is to release trauma, to find right relationship in all our relations and eventually to perform soul retrieval. This session require a quick call to explain the concepts and framework of the experience. The session itself is 90 minutes aproximately, and the price is $150.

Monica Lopez is a certified yoga teacher trained in India with international experience. Monica spends the winter months in Nosara before migrating to Pavones in the springtime for that break's prime surf season. Monica's motto "Never Ever Give Up" defines her holistic approach, combining breath and movement. Monica teaches private yoga classes and also offers high level recovery and massage.
