Service or No?
Your client sits down and you notice open sores on their scalp. Do you perform the service?
No. You do not. Open sores, lesions, or broken skin on the scalp are contraindications for chemical and scalp services. Performing the service puts your client at risk and puts your license at risk too. When in doubt, refer out. That is always the professional choice.
