Welcome
If you’re here, you probably already feel it—being part of the global majority, but still a minority in the rooms that matter. This group isn’t about perfect answers or polished conversations. It’s a place to: - share what’s actually happening at work - swap real strategies that work (and call out the ones that don’t) - back each other without pretending everything’s fine There’s a lot out there about “belonging”.Here, we’re just as focused on progression. The aim is simple: help each other not just get through it—but move forward. Start by introducing yourself if you’re up for it 👋: - what you do - where you’re feeling stuck (if you are) - or something you’ve learned the hard way No pressure—just keep it real.

If DEI is Dead What Comes Next?
Read the Article Here. The word ‘Diversity’ in particular, has come to mean very different things to different people and is now a polarising subject at most dinner parties or family BBQs, a subject which some people “navigate carefully”, or delight in causing offence or worse still avoid speaking on the subject completely to remove the possibility of causing offence. Division is the inevitable end game when you ask people to focus on what makes them different ahead of what unites them. Do you agree?
