🌿 Welcome, New Friends 🌿
We had a lot of new faces join us today, so if you just arrived at The Cornerstone House, welcome. We’re really glad you’re here. 🤍 If you’re wondering where to begin, head over to the Start Here classroom first. That will walk you through how the community works and help you find the current free pages and studies. ✂️📖 A couple quick community guideposts while you settle in: 📌 Announcements Community news, updates, study launches, unlocks, and important info. Community Fellowship ⛪️ General conversation, encouragement, prayer requests, chatting about life, faith, creativity, coffee cups abandoned around the house… the usual. ✨Show & Tell 📝✨ Share your journal pages, sticker spreads, supplies, doodles, scripture notes, works-in-progress, happy accidents, and creative experiments. This is one of my favorite corners of the community already. And if you’re nervous about jumping in: You do NOT need fancy supplies. You do NOT need to be an artist. You do NOT need to have everything figured out. Most of us are just learning how to spend a little more intentional time with Scripture in the middle of real life. 🌿

🕊️A Little Something as We Grow ✨
We just crossed into double digits… and I want to do something fun as we head toward 20. For the next 10 members who join, each new arrival will unlock a small downloadable page for everyone here. I’ll drop it right onto their welcome post—something simple you can print and use right away. If you grab one, leave a 💙 so we know you were there… and feel free to pass a little peace along while you’re visiting. And if there’s someone in your life who would love something like this… you’re always welcome to bring them with you 🤍 Let’s see what we unlock together.
🌿 A month with women of Scripture
As May approaches, I’ve been feeling drawn to spend some time with a few different women in Scripture—Lydia, Miriam, Priscilla, and maybe Deborah along the way. I’m starting with Lydia—the seller of purple cloth, a woman whose heart was opened, and whose home became a place of welcome. I’ve started creating some pages around her story, and I wanted to share a few of them here as the beginning of that process. I’ll move through Lydia first and then into the others as the month unfolds. If you’d like to join in at any point—whether you’re journaling, reading, or just quietly following along—you’re so welcome 💛 No pressure, no perfection. Just showing up.
🌿 A month with women of Scripture
From Lydia to Priscilla ✨
We’ve spent the last week and a half sitting with Lydia’s story together, first through the free Lydia pages and now through the full study kit, and I feel like I’m beginning to understand why her story matters so much. In Acts 16 we watched one woman open her home in obedience to God… and by the end of the chapter believers are gathered there together. What began in Lydia’s house would eventually grow into the church in Philippi. We still have four more days left with Lydia before we move on, but I’ve already started building the next study: Priscilla. If Lydia reminds me that faith can begin in a home, Priscilla reminds me that faith can help build the church around us. Priscilla and Aquila traveled, taught, welcomed believers into their home, and helped strengthen the early church in Ephesus alongside Paul. There’s something beautiful to me about placing these studies side by side: - Lydia opening the door - Priscilla helping build what lasts The Priscilla pages are beginning to come together now, and I’m very excited to keep walking through these stories together 💙

The Lydia pages are live 💜
There’s something about her story—quiet, steady, building something meaningful in the middle of ordinary life. If you’ve been wanting to come back to Scripture but didn’t know where to start… this is a gentle place to begin. No pressure. No perfection.Just Acts 16, some paper, and a few quiet moments when you can find them. I’ll be journaling through it this week too. If you join in, tell me—what’s the first thing that stood out to you?
