My biggest challenge right now is:
Doing multiple things daily (wearing so many different hats in a day - its so exhausting and its very dysregulating to my nervous system).
If I could improve one thing over the next 30 days it would be: To live with intention and not in survival urgent mode all the time (and stop trying to multi-task because everything feels important and urgent)
My goal is: To live with intention and have more balance and self-compassion (prioritising my own wellness too so I can be a better person to my loved ones)
