Let's talk about your breath
Breathwork feels a little silly until it doesn’t. Then it becomes the thing you can’t imagine not having. Trust the process. Your body knows exactly what to do with the space you give it. Your breath is one of the quickest and easiest ways to regulate your nervous system - and it is something you have with you wherever you are. It's one of your greatest inbuilt gifts - use it, master it - your nervous system will thank you. I would love to hear your thoughts around breathwork - have you tried it? How did you feel afterwards? Do you have any advice for our community around using your breath?

DAY 3 CHECK-IN - EMOTIONAL CHECK-IN Today we are noticing the emotion that has been showing up most often lately. After completing Day 3, answer: What emotion have you noticed most often lately? You can keep your answer simple: heavy, numb, chaotic, stretched, stable, hopeful, unclear, or another honest word. End your comment with: "I AM becoming more aware of what I feel."

DAY 4 CHECK-IN - RESPONSE PATTERNS Today is about noticing your automatic response pattern. When difficult emotions appear, many of us push through, avoid, overthink, numb out, shut down, or people-please. After completing Day 4, answer: What response pattern do you notice most in yourself? No response is wrong. Honest awareness is the win. End your comment with: "I AM noticing my patterns without judging myself."

Finding what truly recharges me📌
I am realizing that rest looks different for everyone. What genuinely helps me feel calm, grounded, and recharged may not be the same thing that works for someone else. The key is finding practices that restore my energy rather than simply distract me from my stress. When I intentionally make time for those activities, I show up stronger in every area of my life.

This is a powerful reminder that each of us need to discover what fills our cup. We’re all wired differently, which is part of what makes us amazing. Finding your sweet spot is such an eye opener and empowering moment.
