Today, I chose me. 🤍
I stepped away from the noise, the expectations, the endless notifications, and the feeling that I always have to be available for everyone else.
For a little while, I was selfish with my time.
I slowed down. I breathed. I reflected. I rested.
And you know what? The world didn't fall apart.
