Classes are designed to fit around real schedules and can be done from home, anytime. All these sessions are taught at an intermediate level, but offer clear modifications to make them accessible for all levels and progressions to increase challenge.
We'll focus on joint and muscle strength and stability and mental consistency without burnout - it's not about perfection every time, but enjoying the practice.
