Week 5 - Start Generating New Intelligence (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini)
If you want to sort your old data now, great.
If you want to sort it slowly over time, also fine.
Either way - start creating new, clean intelligence for every gap you identified.
Use AI to draft missing pieces, but follow this sequence every time:
- Generate the content (AI draft).
- Check it for truth and accuracy.
- Align it with what your business actually does.
- Give context where the AI is making assumptions.
- Finalise it - rewrite or tweak if needed.
- Absorb, align, approve ( 3‑step rule).
- Add it to your master file in your Business Twin notebook.
This is the part where your Business Twin becomes real.
Outcome:
At least 3–5 completed sections with AI‑assisted clarity.
