Pumpkin Cake disaster
Yesterday I took a sugar pumpkin and made a pumpkin puree then a pumpkin cake. The cake was really tasty BuuuuT it got stuck in the pan. Ugh. So tonight im going to take the cake and make large cake pops/balls. Stay tuned for the final results. Lesson learned: When something goes wrong with a dish there's always a solution...too much salt-add unsalted butter, cream, or sugar to cut the salt. Too spicy - add sugar or citrus, too burnt...call it Blackend. There's always something more you can do to make it work.
