Let's start with pound cake. Now I know my goal is to make soul food great AND healthy but some things just have to be made with lots of love...and Sugar.
Poundcake is definitely that dessert.
1 stick of unsalted butter, 1 stick of salted butter, 1/2 c Shortening, 3 cups Sugar, 5 eggs...DM me for the rest of the recipe for a step by step guide.
Alternative...EAT less! Okay maybe not possible. You can use vegan butter for less fat.
