Roast Duck
My Mam is a great cook, with 2 ducks glazed with honey, hot water and vinegar she made an amazing crispy skin, stuffed with potato stuffing, amazing for Xmas day.Thanks Mam loved it.On St Stephen’s Day went to a great pub for a little drink @bessies bar Co Mayo Ireland.If you have a favourite Mam dish please share, l would love to see it!!!!
