Looking for a Growth Operator

I have a client who has just launched a course and community. Not Skool (despite my urges). They’ve figured out that they are too busy running their normal business to grow the education business. I told them they need a growth operator. Does anyone in here have an interest and the skills to be a Growth Operator:
- Traffic
- Conversion
- Engagement
- Value Delivery
- Retention
The owners are real cool - they have built a big business and want to help others in their industry do the same.
They have great “Proof” but they don't have a large audience (yet).
