After spending an entire day with Alex Hormozi, Sam Ovens, Andrew Kirby and Ted Carr, one key insight stood out to me: most coaches and content creators are struggling with the wrong focus.
Of the 10 Skool Games winners and the people I interact with daily in our communities, 99% are working hard but on the wrong things.
Alex Hormozi put it perfectly: "Focus on the highest leverage activity in your business and just do that."
