Ten Minutes, No Rules
I sat down today with no plan and just let myself doodle.
Got lost in it. This is what came out.
It’s busy, layered, a little messy — and somehow really grounding.
When I looked back, a few things whispered to me: • repeated lines & patterns — my way of settling my nervous system
• houses tucked into the page — a quiet longing for belonging and safety
• a tree standing slightly alone — resilience, still growing even when rooted in hard ground
• filled spaces next to calmer pockets — holding a lot, while still seeking rest
None of this was intentional. My hands knew before my head did.
✨ If you feel like joining in: Set aside 10 minutes. No planning, no pressure. Just let your pen move.
Afterwards, gently notice: • what shapes or symbols showed up more than once
• where your drawing feels protective vs open
• what parts feel alive, tender, or steady
If you’d like, share your doodle below — and feel free to reflect kindly on each other’s work.
Not to analyse or fix… just to witness 🤍
