Dream Journal/ Dream study
Is literally writing down dreams, night dreams, day dreams and life dreams.
I have been keeping a dream journal for over 4 decades. I took a break the better part of the last few years and feel out to sea without a compass without it.
Whether you remember the dream from sleeping or not, write a quick snapshot of the experience or your impressions of your sleep or upon waking up.
This signals that it’s important, and you can start remembering much faster through this commitment.
Then ask, is this dream telling me something important, it can be more than one of the following:
Physically
Mentally
Emotionally
Spiritually?
0ften just by asking you will know which it is, and what the dream means to you.
I then do a contemplation of if I want more understanding or just to tune into divine love and what’s important today, my next best step.
