I’m very excited to share my first construction project 🙌🏻🚀 It’s going to be a beautiful 4,992 sqft home with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen. @Daniel Armendariz came in doing the labor himself every single day. @Zaira Jimenez came in and got to work implementing everything. Together they flipped the script. Yesterday they just signed a $200,000 renovation contract. Their biggest job yet. Daniel is not picking up a single tool on this one. Zaira has been an absolute beast at putting it all into practice. Project is full steam ahead. Couldn't be happier with how this one is running. Minimal headaches, team is locked in, and we actually know where we stand at every stage.
