🎯 Accountability Challenge: “The Customer Connection” (October 12–18)
Let’s be honest… it’s easy to get caught up creating content, tweaking your offers and planning your next big move. But growing a business also means building real relationships with the people you want to serve. This week, your challenge is simple: Make one genuine customer connection every day. 💬 👇 Here’s your challenge: 1️⃣ Monday: Reach out to one person who fits your ideal customer. Start a genuine conversation — no pitch required. 2️⃣ Tuesday: Follow up with someone who has shown interest in your business, asked a question or enquired about your offer. 3️⃣ Wednesday: Ask your audience a question to learn more about their struggles, goals or what they need help with. 4️⃣ Thursday: Reconnect with someone you've spoken to before — a past client, potential customer or professional contact. 5️⃣ Friday: Share something useful that answers a real question or solves a problem your audience has. 6️⃣ Saturday: Ask for feedback on one thing in your business, whether it's an offer, a product or an idea you're developing. 7️⃣ Sunday: Reflect on the week. Which conversations taught you something? Which connections could lead to future opportunities? 👇 Comment below with: 1. One connection you're going to make today. 2. Why it matters to your business. 3. Come back and share what you learned by Sunday! Remember: people buy from businesses they trust. You don't need to be constantly selling — sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is start a conversation. 💬

I’ve just published an article about three reasons a small business may be less visible online than it thinks, covering changing search behaviour, AI tools and the importance of building visibility beyond your own website. You can read it here: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/3-reasons-your-small-business-may-less-visible-online-louise-avhue/ If we’re not already connected on LinkedIn, please feel free to connect with me too, I’d love to follow what other people in this community are working on: https://www.linkedin.com/in/louiselaurie/ 😃 Louise
