How do you practice self-love?
I am aware that self-love can be expressed in a variety of ways and in a variety of directions depending on the subject matter and ideas at hand. Some examples include saying nice things to yourself, always choosing yourself, learning to say no, mirror work, and the list goes on and on. What practices of self-love are most effective for you? Technically, I am a type of person who believes that self-love works for me when I say good things to myself also practicing gratitude. However, I have realized that most of the time, I find myself demotivated and giving up. I have always felt that something is missing and that I haven't been in alignment with myself for a very long time. Because of this, I would love to hear your suggestions, stories, strategies, and would be grateful if you shared your methods. Also, if you have any books or movies about practicing self-love, that would be helpful to me. 😭🙏🏻🌟✨
