This space was built from the specific experience of being a Mexicana, American & first-gen raising children between worlds. That is where this comes from and that is the lens everything here is filtered through.
If you are not Mexicana but you recognize yourself in this work; the cycle breaking, the nervous system parenting, the choosing differently know you are welcome here. This is not a space that requires you to be anything other than a mother doing the work.
