Snakes and ladders

Decided yo try to play snakes and ladders with my 3.5 yr old

I figured she can count, and it would be relatively easy to teach

It was infuriating

She didnt listen to my instructions, kept just banging hwr piece around rhe board counting to 6 then putting it back at the beginning

Then wanted to play with all the game pieces like it was just another we toy

I want games to be fun things we do together, but this was not that

I had to tell her that I was starting to feel frustrated so maybe we'll try again when dads home. (Sometimes hes better at teaching her things)
